Our Package Policy Turning Heads Salon & Spa can accommodate the members of your staff for group packages, lunch provided! A 48 hour cancellation notice is necessary for any of our packages. If a cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance, we will deduct half the value of the scheduled services. If cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours in advance or if you fail to show for your appointment, we will deduct the entire value from your gift certificate or credit card. All packages are based on current prices. Periodic price increases may necessitate an additional charge for any packages at the time of service. Services within a package may be substituted for other services or retail items with a price adjustment. Gift certificates are not refundable for cash or credit and must be presented at the time of service. Discount coupons may not be used for gift certificate purchase. Gift certificates must be used prior to the expiration date. All prices are subject to change without notice. |
